Membership terms

1. About these terms

These terms apply to memberships supplied by Top Floor Performance Ltd, company number 17345267, at 2nd Floor, Ashley House, Stephenson Way, Thetford, Norfolk, IP24 3RD. Contact us at topfloorperformance@gmail.com.

2. Application and approval

TFP is an approved member-only facility and is not a public walk-in gym. Submitting an application does not guarantee membership. Membership becomes active only after TFP approval and successful payment setup. Applicants under 18 require a parent or guardian to complete the relevant consent process.

3. Memberships and payment

• EAKA Member: £32 per month for confirmed current paying EAKA members.
• TFP Member: £40 per month for other approved members.
• There is no joining fee and memberships are monthly rolling.
• Recurring payments are collected by Direct Debit on the agreed date.

Members must keep their payment details current. Access may be suspended when a payment fails or a Direct Debit is cancelled, subject to any period already paid for and applicable legal rights.

4. Access and conduct

Access is personal, non-transferable and limited to the approved member and the facility's published access hours. Members must follow safety and access instructions, use equipment responsibly, respect other users and not allow another person to use their access credentials. TFP may suspend access where reasonably necessary for safety, non-payment or a serious breach of these terms.

5. Freezes

An approved member may request a free membership freeze totalling up to three months in a rolling 12-month period. Requests must be made before the freeze is required. TFP may consider longer freezes for genuine exceptional circumstances.

6. Cancellation

After any applicable statutory cooling-off period, membership may be cancelled by giving TFP 30 days' written notice by email. Payments due during the notice period remain payable and access continues through the paid period. Full details are in our cancellation and refund policy.

7. Changes and facility availability

TFP may make reasonable changes to opening hours, equipment, access rules or these terms for safety, operational or legal reasons. We will give reasonable notice of material changes, including any membership price change.

8. Personal trainers and practitioners

Personal trainers and treatment practitioners operating from TFP are independent professionals. Their coaching or treatment services and client payments are arranged directly with them and are separate from TFP membership and workspace hire.

9. Statutory rights

Nothing in these terms limits rights that cannot legally be excluded under UK consumer law.
